Professor of Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. 18 years as Director of Functional Neurosurgery at Northwestern University, managing surgical programs in movement disorders, epilepsy, psychiatric disorders, chronic pain, and neurorestoration/neurorehabilitation. Past Chair of the Council of State Neurosurgical Societies and the AANS/CNS Joint Section on Pain. Currently member of AANS/CNS Washington Committee, Co-Chair of NANS Advocacy and Policy Committee and lead national functional neurosurgery advisor for neurosurgical RUC and CPT issues.
