The Congress of Neurological Surgeons controls the content and production of this CME activity and attempts to ensure the presentation of balanced, objective information. In accordance with the Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education established by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education, speakers are asked to disclose any relationship they have with commercial companies that may be related to the content of their lecture.
All cancellations must be made in writing. A $100 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations received 14 or more days before the event. Refunds will not be made under any circumstances on cancellations received after July 1, 2021. NANS reserves the right to substitute faculty or to cancel or reschedule sessions due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If NANS must cancel the entire meeting, registrants will receive a full credit or refund of their paid registration fee. No refunds can be made for lodging, airfare or any other expenses related to attending the meeting.
